รัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช. ผนึกกำลัง 4 อปท. และภาคประชาสังคม ยกระดับการจัดการขยะครบวงจรบนฐานธรรมาภิบาล

รศ.ดร.ไพลิน ภู่จีนาพันธุ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ร่วมพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) ร่วมกับผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นทั้ง 4 แห่ง ได้แก่ เทศบาลตำบลเชียงดาว, องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเชียงดาว, เทศบาลตำบลแม่นะ, เทศบาลตำบลเมืองงาย และศูนย์ขยะวิทยาชุมชน ภายใต้วิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มท่องเที่ยวอย่างรับผิดชอบเชียงดาว เมื่อวันที่ 18 กันยายน 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมเทศบาลตำบลเชียงดาว อำเภอเชียงดาว จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

การลงนามครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้โครงการวิจัย “ความร่วมมือกันบนฐานธรรมาภิบาลเพื่อการจัดการขยะครบวงจร: กรณีศึกษาองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในอำเภอเชียงดาว จังหวัดเชียงใหม่” เพื่อสร้างกลไกการบริหารจัดการขยะในพื้นที่อำเภอเชียงดาวแบบครบวงจรอย่างมีส่วนร่วมและยั่งยืน โดยมี ผศ.ดร.อรชร แซ่จาง อาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์เป็นหัวหน้าโครงการวิจัย และ ผศ.ดร.ไกรวุฒิ ใจคำปัน อาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ เป็นผู้ร่วมวิจัย ภายใต้การสนับสนุนจากกองทุนส่งเสริม ววน. และหน่วยบริหารจัดการทุนด้านการพัฒนาพื้นที่ สำนักงานเร่งรัดการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถการแข่งขันและการพัฒนาพื้นที่ (องค์การมหาชน)

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pailin Phujeenaphan, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, participated in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with representatives from four local administrative organizations: Chiang Dao Subdistrict Municipality, Chiang Dao Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mae Na Subdistrict Municipality, and Mueang Ngai Subdistrict Municipality, together with the Community Waste Science Center under the Chiang Dao Responsible Tourism Community Enterprise. The ceremony was held on 18 September 2026 at the Chiang Dao Subdistrict Municipality Meeting Room, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province.
The MOU signing was organized under the research project entitled “Governance-Based Collaboration for Integrated Waste Management: A Case Study of Local Administrative Organizations in Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province.” The project aims to establish a participatory and sustainable mechanism for comprehensive waste management across Chiang Dao District. The research project is led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Orachorn Saechang, a lecturer in the School of Public Administration, as the Principal Investigator, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Kraiwuth Jaikampan, also a lecturer in the School of Public Administration, serving as a co-researcher. The project is supported by the Program Management Unit on Area-Based Development (PMU A) under the Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) Fund, with support aimed at strengthening research, innovation, competitiveness, and area-based development.
