รัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช. จัดโครงการนำเสนอผลการพัฒนากระบวนงานด้วย SIPOC และ Change Agent Showcase ประจำปี 2569
คณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จัดโครงการนำเสนอผลการพัฒนากระบวนงานด้วย SIPOC และ Change Agent Showcase ประจำปี 2569 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “จาก SIPOC สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง: เรียนรู้กระบวนงาน สร้างผลลัพธ์ และขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ” เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และถอดบทเรียนการพัฒนากระบวนงานด้วย SIPOC Diagram เผยแพร่ผลงานต้นแบบของ Change Agent และส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพสู่การพัฒนาองค์กรตามแนวทาง Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) โดยมีผลงานเข้าร่วมนำเสนอทั้งสิ้น 24 ผลงาน ในการนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไพลิน ภู่จีนาพันธุ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ กล่าวเปิดโครงการ พร้อมได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรจากหน่วยงานต้นแบบ EdPEx 300 ร่วมบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “แนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ” ได้แก่- ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ทพญ. ดร. ปิ่นปินัทร์ วณิชย์สายทอง ผู้ช่วยคณบดีด้านยุทธศาสตร์และการพัฒนาคุณภาพองค์กร คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
- ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภญ. ภูริดา เวียนทอง รองคณบดีด้านนโยบายและแผน และประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
กิจกรรมจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันพุธที่ 16 กันยายน 2569 ณ โรงแรมโนโวเทล เชียงใหม่ นิมมาน เจอร์นี่ย์ฮับ

The Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, organized the 2026 SIPOC Process Improvement and Change Agent Showcase under the theme “From SIPOC to Change: Understanding Processes, Creating Outcomes, and Driving Organizational Excellence.” The event aimed to facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned from process improvement through the SIPOC Diagram, showcase exemplary Change Agent initiatives, and promote a quality culture for organizational development in accordance with the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). A total of 24 projects were presented as part of the showcase. On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Pailin Phujeenaphan, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, delivered the opening remarks. The event also featured a special lecture on “Approaches to Organizational Excellence” by distinguished speakers from EdPEx 300 model organizations, including:
- Assistant Professor Dr. Pinpinut Wanichsaithong, Assistant Dean for Strategy and Organizational Quality Development, Faculty of Dentistry, Chiang Mai University
- Assistant Professor Dr. Purida Vientong, Associate Dean for Policy and Planning and Educational Quality Assurance, Faculty of Pharmacy, Chiang Mai University
The event was held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub.
