รัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช. จัดกิจกรรมธรรมาภิบาลในระดับคณะ “Policy Lab ธรรมาภิบาล: การทดลองออกแบบนโยบายสาธารณะโดยนักศึกษา”

คณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จัดกิจกรรมธรรมาภิบาลในระดับคณะ “Policy Lab ธรรมาภิบาล: การทดลองออกแบบนโยบายสาธารณะโดยนักศึกษา” เพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีธรรมาภิบาลเพื่อความยั่งยืนของสังคม เสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับหลักธรรมาภิบาล กระบวนการนโยบายสาธารณะ และการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ การคิดเชิงระบบ การทำงานร่วมกัน และการสื่อสารเชิงนโยบาย ผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการ นอกจากนี้ กิจกรรมยังมุ่งให้นักศึกษาสามารถประยุกต์ใช้องค์ความรู้ในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และจัดทำต้นแบบข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย (Policy Prototype) ที่สอดคล้องกับหลักธรรมาภิบาล และสามารถนำไปต่อยอดได้ในอนาคต โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชนินทร เพ็ญสูตร รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและพันธกิจสากล เป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้และถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ในกิจกรรมดังกล่าว กิจกรรมจัดขึ้นในวันพุธที่ 9 กันยายน 2569 เวลา 13.00–16.30 น. ณ ห้อง Learning Space ชั้น 2 อาคาร 50 ปี รัฐศาสตร์ฯ คณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่

The Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, organized the “Good Governance Policy Lab: Student Experimentation in Public Policy Design” to foster change leaders grounded in good governance, recognizing that “Sustainability begins with good governance and good leadership.” The activity aimed to enhance students’ knowledge and understanding of good governance principles, the public policy process, and stakeholder participation, while developing their analytical thinking, systems thinking, teamwork, and policy communication skills through a hands-on learning process. In addition, the activity encouraged students to apply their knowledge to analyze problems and develop Policy Prototypes that align with good governance principles and can be further developed in the future. The session featured Associate Professor Dr. Chanintorn Pensute, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and International Engagement, as the guest speaker, who shared knowledge and practical insights with the participating students. The activity was held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Learning Space, 2nd Floor, 50th Anniversary Building, Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University.
