รัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช. ร่วมลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) กับสำนักงานสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ

คณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ร่วมลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ กับสำนักงานสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ (สมช.) เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการด้านความมั่นคง ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนร่วมกัน รวมถึงการฝึกสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE) ของนักศึกษา ในการนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไพลิน ภู่จีนาพันธุ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และคุณภพหล้า ปิยะปานันท์ ที่ปรึกษาด้านนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ความมั่นคง สำนักงานสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ ได้ร่วมลงนามในบันทึกความเข้าใจความร่วมมือทางวิชาการดังกล่าว โดยมีรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชนินทร เพ็ญสูตร รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและพันธกิจสากล คณะรัฐศาสตร์ฯ คุณมัณฑนา มาศมาลัย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้านปัญหาความมั่นคงข้ามชาติ สำนักงานสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์จากคณะรัฐศาสตร์ฯ บุคลากรสำนักงานสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีลงนาม ในวันจันทร์ที่ 29 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 09.00–10.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมคีรีมาศ โรงแรมคุ้มภูคำ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

The Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, signed an Academic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Office of the National Security Council to strengthen collaboration in the field of national security studies. The partnership also aims to promote joint teaching and learning initiatives, as well as cooperative education and work-integrated learning (CWIE) opportunities for students. The MOU was signed by Associate Professor Dr. Pailin Phujeenaphan, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, and Mr. Phoplar Piyapanant, Advisor on National Security Policy and Strategy, Office of the National Security Council. Witnessing the signing ceremony were Associate Professor Dr. Chanintorn Pensute, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and International Mission, Ms. Manthana Masmalai, Specialist in Transnational Security Issues from the Office of the National Security Council, together with faculty members from the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, officials from the Office of the National Security Council, and other distinguished guests. The signing ceremony was held on Monday, 29 June 2026, from 9:00–10:00 a.m. at Keereemas Meeting Room, Khum Phucome Hotel, Chiang Mai.
