คณะรัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช. จัดโครงการทบทวนและปรับแผนยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารงาน ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570–2572 ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์ “สถาบันที่ส่งเสริมการสร้างผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีธรรมาภิบาลเพื่อความยั่งยืนของสังคม"

คณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จัดโครงการทบทวนและปรับแผนยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารงาน ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570–2572 เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับแผนพัฒนาการศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ระยะที่ 14 และเสริมสร้างศักยภาพในการแข่งขัน พร้อมทั้งเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือกับบริบทการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และเทคโนโลยีที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยมีคณบดีและทีมผู้บริหารเข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ และร่วมกันทบทวนเป้าหมายเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ตัวชี้วัด และแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนองค์กร เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของคณะฯ สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของสังคมและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และบรรลุวิสัยทัศน์ “การสร้างผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีธรรมาภิบาลเพื่อความยั่งยืนของสังคม” เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 08.30–15.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมยุทธศาสตร์ ชั้น 2 อาคาร 50 ปี รัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช.

The Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, organized a workshop to review and revise its Strategic Management Plan for Fiscal Years 2027–2029 under the vision: “Sustainability begins with good governance and good leadership". The workshop was conducted to ensure alignment with Chiang Mai University’s 14th Educational Development Plan, strengthen the Faculty’s competitiveness, and enhance its readiness to respond to rapid social, economic, and technological changes. During the workshop, the Dean and the Faculty’s executive team exchanged ideas, analyzed emerging trends and challenges, and collaboratively reviewed strategic goals, key performance indicators, and organizational development approaches. The discussions focused on ensuring that the Faculty’s operations effectively respond to the needs of Sustainability begins with good governance and good leadership. The workshop was held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Strategic Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 50th Anniversary Building, Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University.
