รัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช. ศึกษาดูงานองค์กรชั้นนำ เสริมศักยภาพการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล และการพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานในยุคดิจิทัล
รัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช. ศึกษาดูงานองค์กรชั้นนำ เสริมศักยภาพการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล และการพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานในยุคดิจิทัล 🌱🌏⭐️ ผู้บริหารคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการอำนวยการประจำคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ครั้งที่ 1/2569 ณ อาคาร SCB Park Plaza West กรุงเทพมหานคร พร้อมทั้งจัดกิจกรรมศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้กับองค์กรชั้นนำของประเทศ ระหว่างวันที่ 4–6 มีนาคม 2569 เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล และพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทขององค์กรในยุคดิจิทัล
ในการนี้ คณะผู้บริหารได้เข้าศึกษาดูงานใน 3 องค์กรชั้นนำของประเทศ ได้แก่ บริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อเรียนรู้แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรและการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (Talent Management) ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาองค์กรสู่การขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (Digital Transformation) และ บริษัท บ้านปู จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อเรียนรู้แนวทางการบริหารองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืนภายใต้กรอบแนวคิด ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)
🤝 การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเปิดมุมมอง แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และนำองค์ความรู้จากองค์กรชั้นนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาและยกระดับการบริหารจัดการของคณะให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ทันสมัย และก้าวสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต

⭐️ Executives of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, convened the 1st Faculty Executive Board Meeting of 2026 at SCB Park Plaza West Building, Bangkok, alongside site visits and knowledge exchange activities with the country's leading organizations during March 4–6, 2026. The program aimed to enhance human resource management capabilities and develop work processes aligned with organizational contexts in the digital era.
On this occasion, the executive team visited three of the country's leading organizations: Siam Cement Group (SCG) to learn about approaches to personnel development and talent management; Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) to study organizational development processes toward digital transformation; and Banpu Public Company Limited to explore approaches to sustainable organizational management under the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) framework.
🤝 This study visit represents a significant opportunity to broaden perspectives, exchange experiences, and apply knowledge gained from leading organizations to further develop and elevate the Faculty's management practices making them more efficient, modern, and aligned with sustainable development in the future.
