คณะรัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช. ให้การต้อนรับเอกอัครราชทูตสหราชอาณาจักรประจำประเทศไทย และคณะอาคันตุกะ

ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นพ.พงษ์รักษ์ ศรีบัณฑิตมงคล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และคณะผู้บริหารคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ให้การต้อนรับ ฯพณฯ Mr. Mark Gooding OBE เอกอัครราชทูตสหราชอาณาจักรประจำประเทศไทย พร้อมด้วยคณะอาคันตุกะจาก British Embassy in Bangkok และ British Council Thailand ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ตามโครงการ Roadshow 170 Years เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 170 ปี แห่งความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างสหราชอาณาจักรและประเทศไทย 🗣️🌍

ในโอกาสนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไพลิน ภู่จีนาพันธ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ได้กล่าวขอบคุณ ฯพณฯ Mr. Mark Gooding OBE ที่ให้เกียรติเข้าพบปะคณะอาจารย์จาก
คณะรัฐศาสตร์ฯ ซึ่งเป็นศิษย์เก่าที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยในสหราชอาณาจักร  พร้อมทั้งได้กล่าวสุนทรพจน์ในหัวข้อ “ความสัมพันธ์ไทย–สหราชอาณาจักร ด้านการศึกษา ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ การทำงานเพื่อสังคมและชุมชน และความเป็นพลเมืองโลก”  แก่นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 จากสำนักวิชาการระหว่างประเทศ คณะรัฐศาสตร์ฯ เพื่อส่งเสริมมุมมองด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศและบทบาทของเยาวชนในเวทีโลก เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 16 มกราคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมยุทธศาสตร์ และห้อง Learning Space ชั้น 2 อาคาร 50 ปี คณะรัฐศาสตร์ฯ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ 🏛️🤝

Professor Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, President of Chiang Mai University, together with the University’s executive administrators and the executive team of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, welcomed His Excellency Mr. Mark Gooding OBE, British Ambassador to Thailand, along with delegates from the British Embassy in Bangkok and the British Council Thailand, on the occasion of their visit to Chiang Mai Province under the Roadshow 170 Years programme, marking the 170th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the United Kingdom and Thailand. 🗣️🌍

On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr.  Pailin Phujeenaphan, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, expressed her appreciation to His Excellency Mr. Mark Gooding OBE for meeting with faculty members of the Faculty of Political Science who are alumni of universities in the United Kingdom. In addition, His Excellency delivered a lecture entitled “Thailand–United Kingdom Relations in Education, International Relations, Social and Community Engagement, and Global Citizenship” to third- and fourth-year students from the International Studies Program, Faculty of Political Science, aiming to foster perspectives on international cooperation and the role of youth on the global stage. The event was held on Friday, 16 January 2026, at the Strategic Meeting Room and the Learning Space, 2nd Floor, 50th Anniversary Building, Faculty of Political Science, Chiang Mai University.🏛️🤝
