Government of India Scholarships – ITEC Training Programme (December 2026)
The Government of India, through the ITEC Programme, is offering fully funded training opportunities for eligible Thai government personnel, including round-trip economy-class airfare and other programme-related expenses.
Two training courses are available:
1. Transformational Leadership for Health System Strengthening (TLHSS)-II (7–18 December 2026): Open to lecturers or educational personnel at the equivalent of Senior Professional Level or above, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and aged 45 or below.
2. 2-Week Capacity Building Course on Media Management (7–19 December 2026): Open to lecturers or educational personnel at the equivalent of Professional Level or above, with 10–15 years of relevant experience and aged 45 or below.
Application Deadline: 23 October 2026. Interested applicants must submit their application documents to the International Relations Unit, Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University.
