รัฐศาสตร์ฯ มช. จัดกิจกรรม "ความรู้เรื่องโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง (NCDs) และ Mind-Body Exercise"

คณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จัดกิจกรรม "ความรู้เรื่องโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง (NCDs) และ Mind-Body Exercise" เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพกายและใจของบุคลากร ให้ตระหนักถึงปัจจัยเสี่ยง ปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรม และสามารถนำความรู้และทักษะไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ช่วยลดความเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรค ลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านสุขภาพ และเสริมสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณจิรนันท์ ทิศเป็ง พยาบาลวิชาชีพ บริษัทเชียงใหม่เนิร์สซิ่งเซอร์วิส เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง (NCDs) และ กภ. รุ่งทิวา กันทะอินทร์ ภาควิชากายภาพบำบัด คณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายและสอนการออกกำลังกายแบบ Mind-Body Exercise กิจกรรมจัดขึ้นในวันพุธที่ 8 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 13.00–16.00 น. ณ ห้อง Learning Space คณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่

The Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University, organized a workshop on “Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and Mind-Body Exercise” to promote the physical and mental well-being of its staff. The workshop aimed to raise awareness of health risk factors, encourage healthy lifestyle changes, and equip participants with practical knowledge and skills that can be applied in their daily lives, helping reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases, lower healthcare costs, and improve overall quality of life. The Faculty was honored to welcome Ms. Jiranan Tispeng, Registered Nurse from Chiang Mai Nursing Service Co., Ltd., who delivered a lecture on non-communicable diseases (NCDs). In addition, Ms. Rungtiwa Kanthain, Physical Therapist from the Department of Physical Therapy, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, shared knowledge and led participants in Mind-Body Exercise sessions. The workshop was held on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Learning Space, Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University.
